This Privacy Policy explains how 2B&V LLC ("2B&V," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you visit https://2bandvdesigns.com or sign up for our text messages.
Your mobile information stays with us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We never sell, rent or trade your phone number.
Information we collect
- Mobile phone number, when you sign up for text alerts.
- Consent records: the date and time you opted in, the wording you agreed to, the page you signed up on, your IP address and browser type. We keep these to prove you asked to hear from us.
- Message history: the texts we send you and keywords you reply with (such as HELP or STOP).
- Contact details you choose to send us by email.
- Basic technical data such as server logs needed to run and secure the site.
How we use it
- To send the text messages you signed up for, and to honor HELP and STOP requests.
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
- To keep our site and messaging program secure and to prevent fraud and abuse.
- To comply with legal and carrier requirements.
How we share it
We don't sell or share your personal information for marketing. We share information only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed to provide the service. For example, our SMS platform provider (Twilio) delivers our text messages. These providers may not use your information for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your choices
- Stop texts anytime by replying STOP. You'll get one confirmation and no further messages.
- Get help by replying HELP or emailing [email protected].
- Access or deletion: email us to ask what we hold about you or to delete it. We may keep a minimal record of your opt-out so we never text you again, and consent records as required by law.
Data retention and security
We keep subscriber and consent records for as long as you're subscribed and for up to 5 years afterward, to meet legal record-keeping obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.
Children
Our website and text program aren't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
