SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program description

The 2B&V Drop Alerts program (the "Program") is operated by 2B&V LLC. When you opt in, you'll receive recurring automated marketing text messages about new 3D printed fidget figure releases, restocks of sold-out items, and occasional promotions and discounts.

2. How to opt in

You can join by entering your mobile number in the sign-up form on our website and checking the consent box. We then send one text asking you to confirm. Your subscription starts only after you reply Y. You may also join by texting START to our number. Signing up is optional and is never required to buy anything from us.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You will receive up to 4 messages per month, plus one-time replies to keywords you send (like HELP or STOP).

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. 2B&V doesn't charge for Program messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply according to your plan. Contact your carrier for details.

5. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT or REVOKE. We'll send one final message confirming that you've been unsubscribed, and after that you won't receive any more Program messages. To rejoin, text START or sign up again on our website.

• Help: "2B&V: For help, email [email protected]. Up to 4 msgs/mo. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel."
• Opt-out: "2B&V: You're unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe."

8. Supported carriers and delivery

The Program is available to customers on major US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and isn't guaranteed.

9. Eligibility

You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you enroll, and at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian. If you change or give up your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number first.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your mobile number and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated terms on this page with a new effective date. If a change materially affects the Program, we'll notify subscribers by text.
